On a bed of pearl barley, chorizo and caramelised onion

With chilli and courgette

Tossed pine nut and tarragon vinaigrette

On a bed of tossed rocket salad oyster fritter and tartar sauce

Potato gratin with weltered spinach leaves and hollandaise sauce
